Export BCF to PDF

To export a PDF, open a project that has issues, then either use Export issues → PDF from the sidebar project menu for the whole project, or select issues on the Issues page and choose Actions → Export as PDF. Set the page size and fields in the dialog, then click Export.

Bimlyte turns your issues into a clean PDF report you can share with anyone — no installation, nothing sent to a server. You can export every issue in the project at once, or just a selection. Either way the same dialog lets you pick the page size and exactly which fields appear in the report.

Steps

Export the whole project

Every issue in the project, from the sidebar menu.

  1. Open the project menu and Export issues → PDF

    In the sidebar, click the project name to open the menu. Select PDF from the Export issues dropdown to open the export dialog.

  2. Set the options and export

    Choose your page size (A4 or US Letter) and select the fields you want to include, from standard attributes to custom ones. Set how many recent comments to export, then click Export to download your PDF.

  3. Share your PDF

    The PDF downloads automatically with all your chosen settings, ready to send to your project team.

Export selected issues

A selection of one or more issues, from the Issues page.

  1. Open Issues

    Go to the Issues page in your project.

  2. Select the issues

    To export a single issue, right-click it in card view and choose Export as → PDF. For multiple issues, tick the checkboxes (top-left of the card or the left column in table view) and use Actions → Export as PDF.

  3. Set the options and export

    Choose the page size — A4 or US Letter — and tick which fields to include: the standard attributes and any custom fields. Set how many recent comments to export, then click Export. The PDF downloads, ready to share with your project team.

Everything happens in your browser — your issues are not sent to a server. Prefer a spreadsheet? Export to Excel works the same way, with a couple of extra options.
