A few details help us reproduce it quickly:
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Your browser and its version, and your operating system.
- The file type and version involved — for example IFC2x3, IFC4 or IFC4.3, BCF 2.1 or 3.0 — and roughly how large the file is.
- A screenshot, if the problem is visible.
Please don't send confidential models. Bimlyte never needs your project files — a description, a screenshot or a small, non-confidential sample file is enough.
