Add attribute values

To add an attribute value, open the project's Attributes page, pick the attribute (Statuses, Priorities, Types, Stages, Labels or Users), click Add, type the value, and click Add — it becomes selectable on your issues.
Standard BCF attributes — statuses, priorities, types, stages, labels and users — can come with a default set of values: optionally when you create a project (the Include default attributes option), and with any BCF files you add, which bring their own values along. You can add your own on top so issues match how your team works.
Steps
Open the Attributes page
Open your project and click Attributes in the sidebar.
Pick the attribute
At the top of the page, choose the attribute you want to extend — Statuses, Priorities, Types, Stages, Labels or Users.
Click Add
In the top-right corner of the tab, click the Add button — it's labelled for the attribute you're in, e.g. + Add priority. A dialog opens.
Enter the value and confirm
Type the value and click Add. It appears in the list.
Reorder if needed (optional)
To move a value up or down the list, grab the handle on its left side and drag it into place. This sets the order it appears in when editing an issue.
The value is now selectable when you edit an issue. To change or remove one, click the three dots on the right of its row and choose Edit or Delete — editing a value updates it on every issue that uses it. Attribute values are stored with your project on your device.
